 Worked fine February 7, 2008
Worked fine with my Compaq Presario laptop. I'd suggest checking out PNY's website or something like that to ensure compatability before buying memory. That worked well for me this time, but compatability isn't guaranteed.

This PNY memory module fit my 2003 IBM notebook computer perfectly. I had did my research, as to the correct type, by contacting IBM. IBM was great, but the price for their memory was several times more than the PNY. Since my computer is an older model, it did not make dollar sense to spent the extra momey. The directions for installation was in the packaging, plus available on line. Installation was quick & easy. My operating system, Windows XP, recognized the additional memory immediately. I would buy this product again.
