Looks great, but rubber is too soft.January 6, 2009 This case looks great, grips well, not to sticky getting in and out of pockets. The one problem i have is the rubber is a little too soft. When i press the sleep button on the top it has a tendency to pop one corner of the case off the phone. Also the thin strip at the bottom between the face and the opening on the bottom feels flimsy, and it seems like i am always pulling it out of my pocket by inadvertently grabbing that thin strip of rubber like a handle.
I Like It.September 3, 2008 I think this is a very sturdy and durable case. I purchased it at my local Apple store at the same time I purchased my iPhone 3G. I like the cool design on the back and the grippy, rubberized feel. Its non slip in your hand and grippy when you want to prop up the device on odd surfaces for movie watching. The cutouts for ports on top and bottom are great as is the access to the power button and volume rocker switch. The rubbery coating sometimes makes it difficult to pull it out of a pants pocket but that is also a reminder to not drop the phone when doing so. The fit is very secure around the phone. The only reason I dropped a star is because the tiny sliver of material just north of the charge/data port seems too thin to stay intact over the long haul. I've had this case for 17 days and so far its great!

all in all, it's good except the bottom part next to the connectors. it's so soft and thin and looks like it's gonna be torn when put in a pant pocket or bag.
